Crown Reduction – Crown reduction is the overall shortening of limbs to reduce the size of the crown

Pollard – Pollarding is the removal of all secondary and tertiary limbs to encourage multi stem branching – only advised for certain species

Pruning – Pruning is the partial or full removal of specific limbs
